What can you expect?
Continuing under the Cardano name will not happen overnight. This name change will be devided into several phases.
ACTIAM name change
The change relates to the brand name of the company and the funds. From June 1st, ACTIAM will continue as Cardano. The statutory name of the company, ACTIAM N.V., will also change to Cardano Asset Management N.V. At the end of the year, the ACTIAM investment funds will continue as Cardano funds.
What will not change?
The change only affects the name change to Cardano. The following will remain unchanged:
- You will keep the same contact person.
- Contracts you may have with the legal entity ACTIAM N.V. will remain in force, only the name of the legal entity will change.
- The investment funds and services, investment processes, and teams will remain the same, and the identification codes of the funds such as ISIN and LEI will remain the same.
- The ACTIAM website will remain available with all fund information and documentation until it is integrated into the Cardano website, which will take place in the second half of this year.
What will change and when
- On June 1st, ACTIAM N.V. will change to Cardano Asset Management N.V.
- From that moment on, personal and general ACTIAM email addresses will be changed to Cardano email addresses.
- The ACTIAM brand identity will gradually transition to the Cardano brand identity in 2023.
- At the end of this year, the names of the investment funds will change. The ACTIAM funds will continue as Cardano funds.
Announcement
On 10 May 2023, we will announce the name change of ACTIAM. Relations will be informed personally and the outside world will be informed through a press release.
ACTIAM name change
On 1 June, the name change will take place and ACTIAM will continue as Cardano. On 1 June, ACTIAM N.V. will change to Cardano Asset Management N.V. From then on, personal and general ACTIAM email addresses will be changed to Cardano email addresses.
The house style of ACTIAM publications will gradually change to Cardano house style in 2023.
Name change of the funds
At the end of this year, the names of the investment funds will change. The ACTIAM funds will then continue as Cardano funds.

The name change from ACTIAM to Cardano means work not only for us, but also for our customers, partners, and suppliers who refer to us and our funds. We will soon send information about possible adjustments, such as the logo, all contact details, and a more detailed schedule. We hope to make it easier for you to make the adjustments.
