Arjan has been working at Cardano since 2019 and leads the sustainability policy within our Sustainability team. With expertise in various sustainability themes, he is dedicated to addressing climate change and biodiversity for a more sustainable world.

Corné has been active in the securities industry since 1986. As an author, speaker, and member of the asset allocation team, he shares his expertise across various media and has authored two books on investor psychology.

Dennis has been working at Cardano since 2006 and has extensive knowledge of asset management. In his current role as CSO, he is responsible for Cardano’s vision in the field of sustainability. Additionally, he oversees our client advisory services in sustainability. Dennis is dedicated to advancing the financial sector in innovative ways. He was previously recognized in the “Trouw Sustainable Top 100” and named a “Changemaker” in the sustainable investing category.

Hilde has been active in the asset management sector since 1994. With her background at Actiam and in her current role, she is at the forefront of various developments in the field of sustainability. Every day, she works on generating positive impact, both for her clients and the transition to a sustainable society.

Julia is an expert in pension funds and brings over 15 years of experience to the table in managing pension funds. She continuously works on improving policies and processes, aiming for satisfied customers and ensuring good pension security.

Pim has been an actuary at Cardano since 2016 and excels in solving complex pension issues. He advises institutional investors on balance risk management and investment strategy, thereby contributing to strategic innovation and further enhancing client relationships.

Rik is sinds 2015 bij Cardano werkzaam om ons portfolio management team te versterken. Vanuit zijn passie richt hij zich op het ontwikkelen en beheren van investeringsstrategieën voor onze institutionele klanten, met de focus op duurzame maatschappelijke veranderingen.

Since 2018, Roel has been the go-to pension contract expert at Cardano. He is familiar with all the intricacies of pension contracts and stays up-to-date with laws and regulations. With his profound expertise, he advises funds on the possibilities in designing investment policies.

Stefan combines theory with practice with the aim of designing viable pension solutions that work for everyone. In doing so, he contributes daily to increasing pension security. Additionally, he inspires by sharing his knowledge on subjects such as behavioral investing.

Sylvia has been working at Cardano since 2011 and specializes in impact investing and sustainability. She manages funds and develops sustainable strategies that contribute to the transition to a sustainable world.

Sytske has a passion for impact. She is driven to create change and contribute to reducing inequality while supporting people in meeting their basic needs. She is experienced in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and has a strong background in impact measurement. Sytske holds a master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Utrecht University. She completed her Ph.D. studies at Wageningen University and Research Centre.
