residential mortgages. And that value investing in the ESG transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-the-fund-invest-in\">What does the fund invest in?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Zwitserleven Credits Hypotheken Mixfonds invests in corporate bonds and Dutch residential mortgages. The target allocation for investments in corporate bonds is 76%, while the target allocation for investments in the mortgage fund is 24%. Broad bandwidths are applied here, taking into account the relatively limited tradability of the mortgage fund.
